How to set up your All-Projects Dashboard (in seconds)

Okay, we’re getting to the meat. Here’s your step-by-step guide to create a project progress dashboard in monday.com:

Step 1: Create your blank Portfolio

From the left panel, hit the blue “+” and select “New Portfolio.” Give it a name, and decide if it’s a Main or Private board. Add or remove appropriate permissions if needed.
