Open Roles

monday.com Implementation Specialist

Remote / Part-time or Full-Time / No People Management

About the Role

Kick Consulting is a monday.com Channel Partner. We help businesses design, build, and adopt monday.com as their operating system.

As an Implementation Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of client projects — from first workshop to final handover. You'll build the solution, coordinate delivery, manage client communication, and make sure everything works. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who loves turning complex workflows into clean, functional systems.

No sales. No people management. Just focused, high-quality delivery.

What You'll Do

Workflow Mapping

  • Meet with clients to understand their processes and requirements

  • Prepare workflow maps (Miro or equivalent), capturing end-to-end processes

  • Demo proposed solutions to clients and update documentation when changes occur

Build & Implementation

  • Build monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, views, permissions, and data structures

  • Configure integrations using Make.com or Zapier

  • Follow Kick's delivery standards, templates, and patterns

  • Provide Loom walkthroughs and clear documentation before handover

Project Management

  • Act as project manager for your assigned implementations — owning timelines, milestones, and delivery

  • Run client meetings, including kick-offs and handovers

  • Communicate proactively about progress, blockers, and scope changes

  • Track all activity in monday.com and keep client-facing boards updated

Quality & Testing

  • Test all automations, integrations, and workflows before client review

  • Ensure builds match the approved scope and workflow map

  • Identify and resolve errors in monday.com, Make.com, or Zapier

Training & Documentation

  • Deliver occasional remote training sessions for clients

  • Maintain clear board descriptions, workflow notes, and process documentation

  • Keep client workspaces clean and well-structured

What We're Looking For
  • Advanced hands-on experience with monday.com — automations, dashboards, permissions, views, and monday AI

  • Competence with Make.com and/or Zapier integrations is a bonus

  • Strong project coordination skills — planning, organisation, follow-through

  • Ability to map processes and translate them into structured workflow designs

  • High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to testing

  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent client projects

  • Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal

How You'll Be Measured

  • Delivery completed within the scoped hours and agreed timelines

  • High-quality builds requiring minimal rework

  • Positive client feedback and repeat work

  • Accurate, consistent documentation across all projects
