Project Manager

Due to exponential growth, we are looking for a relationship-focused project manager to join our remote team.
​
This is a remote contractual role, paid hourly. We see the role being between 10 and 20 hours to begin, with endless possibilities for the right candidate.
Ideally, you are located within +/- 3 or 4 hours of the Australian time zone. Most of Kick Consulting's clients are located in Australia, with some international clientele.
About the role
In your role, you will hold client project meetings, liaise between the client and the implementation team, develop project plans, and ensure the project is delivered within the budget and timeframes. You will conduct client progress meetings and communicate with our implementation team.
A little bit about you:
* You are familiar or trained in project management
* You are tech-savvy and love technology.
* You are relationship-focused, find joy in connecting with people, and don't shy away from admin work!
* You understand business operations and how to make it efficient.
* You can identify bottlenecks, problems and pains with clients and see a path forward to a solution.
* Experience with project management software such as monday.com, Asana or Trello is an advantage.​
Inbound Sales Champion

Due to exponential growth, we are looking for our next kick superstar! Our team has expanded four times in the last six months, and we’re now looking for a charismatic, switched on, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an inbound sales champion.
​
This is a remote contractual role, paid hourly, and has endless potential for a keen individual. We see the role being between 10-20 hours to begin, with endless possibilities for the right candidate.
Ideally, you are located within +/- 3 or 4 hours of the Australian time zone. Most of Kick Consulting's clients are located in Australia, with some international clientele.
About The Role
In your role, you will:

Nurture Kick Consulting's existing leads and take them through the sales cycle

Be responsible for generating and managing your pipeline

Ensure timely communication is made with inbound leads

Suggest appropriate monday.com optimisation to address customers' pain points and needs

Create an estimation and proposal for the suggested monday.com optimisation

Due to exponential growth, we are looking for our next kick superstar! Our team expanded four times in the last six months, and we’re now looking for a charismatic, switched on, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a monday.com Specialist.
​
This is a remote contractual role paid hourly that holds an excellent opportunity to turn into a senior position in a very short time. Potential is endless for a keen individual. We also offer flexible working hours and focus on deliverables.
Ideally, you are located within Australian time zones or +/- 3 or 4 hours. Most of Kick Consulting clients are located in Australia, with a number of them in America.

About The Role
In your role, you will work closely with the project management and dev teams on allocated client projects.
You will be:

Implementing monday.com set up for clients based on the proposal, project plan and feedback from the project manager.

Utilise Integromat and Zapier to achieve the desired outcome for the client.

Communicate with clients on completed tasks and outstanding requirements.
