Team owners, designated by you, have exclusive rights to perform actions related to team management. They can edit teams, add or remove members, change team names and images, and create sub-teams. This level of control and flexibility allows for efficient team organisation and administration.

3. Introducing Dashboard Hub for Centralised Data Management.

The marketplace at introduced a new app called Dashboard Hub, which centralises and integrates data. This powerful tool allows you to harness real-time data management, creating a unified view of critical information.

  1. Flexible Reporting: Custom Charts enable tailored visualisations for in-depth analysis and reporting.

  2. Real-time Insights: Formula Cards calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time, providing valuable insights into business metrics.

  3. Extensive Reporting Metrics: Over 75 reporting metrics can be combined and personalised within widgets to meet specific reporting needs.

  4. Product Integrations: Dashboard Hub integrates with, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie, Statuspage, Assets (Insight), and more, allowing consolidation of data from multiple sources.

  5. Accessibility and Sharing: Dashboards can be shared externally via links, facilitating collaboration and data access for stakeholders.

  6. Comprehensive Agile Reporting: Integration with and Jira enables comprehensive Agile reporting for effective project tracking.

  7. Hybrid Dashboards: Data from multiple accounts can be included, creating hybrid dashboards that consolidate information across teams or departments.

4. Revolutionising Task Coordination with Enhanced Dependency Management.'s new dependency management feature transforms task coordination and project planning. By defining relationships between tasks, workflow management and resource allocation is a breeze. The various dependency types, such as finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish, offer flexibility in structuring and sequencing tasks.

Each type offers flexibility in structuring and sequencing tasks based on their dependencies.

  1. Finish-to-Start: This is the most common dependency type. It means that Task A must finish before Task B can start. For example, you can't start building the roof of a house before you finish building the walls.

  2. Start-to-Start: This type means that both Task A and Task B need to start at the same time. The start date of one task drives the start date of another task. For instance, two tasks in a project may need simultaneous initiation.

  3. Finish-to-Finish: This type implies that the finish date of one task drives the finish date of another task. The two tasks should complete at the same time or within a certain time frame.

  4. Start-to-Finish: In this type, the start date of Task A drives the finish date of Task B. Task B cannot finish until Task A has started. This dependency type can be useful when certain tasks need to complete within a specific time frame after the start of a preceding task.
