Elena is the driving force behind the dynamic world of Kick Consulting.
 

In her previous role as a financial planning consultant, Elena discovered that numerous companies required assistance in incorporating technology into their operations, often lacking the time to do so themselves.
 

This revelation served as her motivation to establish Kick Consulting, where she could offer successful entrepreneurs access to an experienced, versatile, and knowledgeable consultant specializing in monday.com, tailored to their specific needs, all at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time staff member.

Aaron has advised Kick since its beginning and officially joined in December 2022. Alongside his management role, he focuses on introducing Kick's industry-specific monday.com solutions.

After earning an engineering degree from Cornell University, Aaron spent a decade as an algorithmic trader on Wall Street, working for major investment banks and earning his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification. He then made a bold move to Australia to pursue entrepreneurial interests, initially in the travel industry, where he co-founded a tech company simplifying airline digital platforms.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys surfing at the beach and outdoor activities with family and friends.

Paul, joined the Kick family in 2023 to help streamline our own operations and get things done.

Born in New Zealand and raised in France, developed a passion for travel early on. After obtaining his Master's degree at Bond University, he worked at HotelsCombined, opening offices in Europe and the Middle East while managing remote teams. During his travels, he also nurtured a love for drones, creating a website with 4,000 members from 125 countries.

Paul oversaw operations for local tech startups. He currently resides in Hobart, Tasmania, with his partner, enjoying hobbies like flying drones, stand-up paddling, hiking, and weightlifting.

Kaya became a part of the Kick team in February 2022.
 

After devoting seven years to raising her two children, Kaya felt it was the perfect moment to start exploring opportunities that offered her the flexibility to work while being fully available for her children.
 

Surprisingly, Kick Consulting came into her view, and upon meeting Elena and the team, Kaya realized that this company perfectly matched her criteria. With a decade of sales experience, excellent listening skills, and a warm personality, Kaya has proven to be a valuable addition to the team.

Anastasia's unique experience spans diverse roles. With a background in sales, marketing, recruitment, and entrepreneurship, she adapts to various industries.
 

Her strong foundation in solar energy, banking, and mortgage broking has sharpened skills in branding and digital marketing. She's currently pursuing a User Experience degree, driven to learn and grow.
 

Anastasia uses her expertise to provide tailored solutions for clients, reflecting her passion for innovation. Outside of work, as a dedicated mother of two and a pack leader to three dogs, she balances personal and professional aspirations, delivering excellent results.

Michal excels in startups, having worked in Silicon Valley startups from 1998 to 2006. She later used her skills to build her own businesses, both physical and online.
 

She enjoys the challenges of business growth and believes in the power of a well-structured project plan to make work more manageable.
 

Michal is committed to making project management less stressful, helping you stay focused and accountable to meet your goals without burning out.
 

She's also a passionate animal lover, often seen hiking with her dogs.

Amy has been a successful business owner since 2015 and is officially Monday’s #1 fan - using the program since 2016. During that time she was able to customise a work operating system to suit her business needs which allowed her to go from working 80-90 hours a week, to under 15 hours a week.

Since 2019 she has helped numerous time poor business owners and agencies streamline, systemise and scale their business using Monday.com while continuing to run her own business. 
 

Outside of work you can find her swimming, cycling, attempting to play golf and keep her veggie garden alive. 

Joy became a part of Kick Consulting in August 2020. Originally from the Philippines, Joy made the bold decision to leave her 7-year corporate career and transition into the role of a Consultant. In her current role, she collaborates remotely with business owners worldwide, leveraging her creative thinking, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills to assist entrepreneurs in cost reduction through the implementation of effective business management tools.

When she's not working, you'll often find Joy embarking on road trips with her fiancé, enjoying music, watching Netflix series, reading blogs, cuddling with her dog, and savoring coffee at her favorite cafes.

Lachlan has consistently exhibited a strong passion for problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration. He thrives on devising imaginative solutions to tackle new and intricate challenges. His pursuit of excellence is unending, as he is dedicated to crafting systems that empower individuals to address significant issues rather than getting bogged down in minor details.

With a Master's Degree in International Relations and a professional background encompassing Operations, Events Management, Membership Engagement, and Digital Transformation within the nonprofit sector, Lachlan has followed a diverse career path. Along this journey, he discovered and developed a deep passion for monday.com, ultimately leading him to join Kick.
